I threw on my Frank Sinatra Pandora Station as I poured the contents of that jar into a pot and pulled a few more items from my pantry.
Less than 15 minutes later (no joke), Mr. Sinatra and I were sitting down to a super-satisfying, healthy meal: a cup of homemade butternut squash soup, a hearty green salad with homemade dijon mustard dressing, and a slice of buttery sprouted-grain toast topped with a poached egg.
And after a few swipes of a sponge and a run of the faucet, my kitchen was sparkling clean again. Well, not sparkling – I’m only human.
This is a typical weekday for me: a quick, spur-of-the-moment meal that is satisfying and damn good for me – and keeps me productive for the rest of the day.
Breakfast and dinner are the same: unplanned, quick, and delicious.
Before you think to yourself, “she’s obviously a cook – that’s not something I could do”, let me tell you something: When it comes to “housework”…
I am lazy. SUPER lazy. Just ask my family. My husband. Any of my former roommates.
But I LOVE food and I care about my health.
So here’s my goal: get the most out of my meals with the least amount of effort. I have things to do, places to be. I can’t be spending all my time in the kitchen!
Wouldn’t it be nice to set your kitchen up so you can have reeeeally delicious, healthy meals right at your fingertips with minimal planning?
It turns out healthy cooking is a real pain in the ass for people like us.
That’s why I’ve created the Go Feed Yourself Method to show you EXACTLY how any lazy SOB can make healthy meals work for his or her zero-patience lifestyle.
Before I tell you about the program, let me tell you why I’m all about eating healthy food.
(Hint: It has nothing to do with weight loss)…
I don’t have one of those “I used to eat Kraft mac & cheese every day and didn’t even know what an apple was until I was 25 and discovered the power of healthy food” kind of stories. I’ve always eaten my vegetables. I’ve always understood that food is important for my health…and appearance.
However, in my first corporate job, after bringing in healthy lunch all week, I would “treat myself”
on Fridays to things like chicken parm subs, nachos, bagels with cream cheese, etc.
You know what else happened on Fridays?
I had ZERO focus all afternoon. I should have just gone home after lunch because my brain
was completely useless.
I felt heavy, sluggish and basically screwed around on email until it was a reasonable time to leave.
Which meant more work to do over the weekend. (Yep, I often went into the office on Saturdays.)
You see, bloating and indigestion from the wrong foods means your body is working overtime to break down your meal — sucking away any energy it would have used for you to think or be productive.
Your digestive tract doesn’t care that have a project deadline to meet.
After months of these Friday “treats” I realized that eating fast, heavy meals was no treat at all if I actually wanted to accomplish anything.
So, I figured out a way to “treat” myself with food that not only TASTES damn good but also makes me FEEL damn good.
I can show you how to do that too.
If you:
But you also:
…this method has your name written all over it.
Let’s get this straight: the goal here is not to have gourmet Iron Chef-worthy meals from all over the world each night of the week.
It’s to make healthy food taste damn good so you enjoy it, are fueled by it, and get on with your life.
In 15 short videos and 8 short PDF downloads, I’ll show you how to make meals that keep you energized, what should be consistently on your grocery list, how to leverage pantry staples to transform dishes, and essential techniques for making healthy, tasty food quickly.

“What I love about the meals and recipes I learned from Heather is that they take less than 10 minutes which is ideal for me in the morning or as an afternoon snack. The meals feel gourmet and taste so effing good. I love that they are healthy and balanced and I don’t feel an energy crash after.
Her approach is so easy and I love that the ingredient lists are minimal. So once I make it the first time, I know how to do it on my own and don’t have to bust out a recipe each time I cook – that saves me even more time!
After eating the meals I learned from Heather, I feel satisfied and happy and I feel like I treated myself.
I would absolutely recommend Go Feed Yourself! It’s cooking with a purpose. Heather takes the “chore” feeling right out of cooking and gets down to business which means a lot to me as I’m managing multiple projects and a growing business.”

“It took me 25 minutes to make 4 days worth of lunch!”
“A few months ago my business took off and I got really busy. I was skipping meals and stopped grocery shopping consistently. My brain felt foggy and I had low energy when working with my afternoon clients. I HATED that I wasn’t taking as good care of myself, but I resisted grocery shopping because it felt like there was sooooo much to catch up on.
Then I got some guidance from Heather. I loved that she laid out some simple time + hassle-saving shifts that would help me get back to feeding myself healthy dishes in much less time. The Shopping List made it so easy – it was organized by section of the store so I was in and out in 20 minutes.
The other day it took me only 25 minutes to make 4 days worth of lunch! The cooking directions are EASY and most importantly, when it’s time to prepare a meal, I’m not annoyed!
After feeding myself with these new dishes for a few weeks now, I find that I never let myself get too hungry or skip meals because it’s never annoying to make a quick meal. I worked 15 hours the other day and had 10 coaching sessions over a couple of days and I stayed focused and energized throughout.”

If you were to come to one of my group cooking classes you would pay at least $100 (depending on the menu) – and that’s only for 5-6 recipes and a handful of techniques.
If you were to hire me privately to revamp the contents of your kitchen, put together your shopping list, and show you a week’s worth of healthy focus meals, you would pay between $250-$650. Again, that’s only for a week’s worth of recipes.
But, with Go Feed Yourself you’re getting access to 70+ recipes designed to make you more productive, lifetime access video cooking techniques designed to give you less time in the kitchen, and the tools to transform dishes tailored to your own personal taste for only $97. It’s really a no-brainer.
There’s no risk here. I created Go Feed Yourself to get your ass in the kitchen making super-easy and delicious meals that keep you focused. My purpose to have you feeling more alert, more energized, and making a bigger difference in the world because you are feeding yourself healthy, brain-boosting food.
If you try the Go Feed Yourself Method for 60 days and the meals take you longer than 30 minutes or they make you feel more sluggish and foggy than when you started, send an email to info@heatherpierceinc.com and I’ll refund your money right away.

“I wasn’t sure if Go Feed Yourself was going to work for me because I tend have a pretty particular palate and dietary restrictions (mostly raw vegan). Still, I knew Heather had healthy eating and good tasting food in mind when she designed this program!
Go Feed Yourself matched my personal planning style to a T, and made preparing food to eat during my busy days fun again. The training videos are the best part! For those of us who never learned how to cook, chop vegetables, or fend for ourselves in the kitchen… Heather takes us by the hand without judgement.
Her videos taught me so many basic time saving kitchen tips in just a few minutes, and honestly I feel like this program should be taught in schools at a young age!
The other part of the program that rocked my world was the Mix and Match cheat-sheets. I printed them off and stuck them to my fridge, and whenever I go into the kitchen asking myself ‘what am I going to eat now?!’ I just pick and choose from the categories. It’s the easiest way to make a meal, and it has saved me a lot of time and frustration. I wish I could have all my meals planned and prepared for me, but Go Feed Yourself is the next best thing.

Before getting help from Heather, my kitchen was pathetic! I had nothing edible in my pantry and even less in my fridge.
I always get overwhelmed with trying to figure out what essentials I need to be able to whip up last minute meals. So I would come home from work end up spending way too much on take-out.
Heather has the skills to take you from bare to bountiful cupboards without spending a lot of money or time.
I am cooking my own healthy meals now and the meals are fast, easy, and so delicious! I’m extremely happy that I can come home and whip up a meal without any stress.

After just one day of following Heather’s easy and effing delicious recipes I went home and got stuff done that I’d been putting off for weeks. The energy and motivation I felt was unlike anything I’ve ever felt in my body before.
And the best part was that I wanted to keep it going when usually it feels like eating healthy is too hard to keep up with. My life is forever changed thanks to Heather!

I had been hesitating to cook because I hate cleaning up in my tiny NYC kitchen, but getting take-out all the time was killing my budget. I love fish so I was so excited when Heather taught me these easy fish and vegetable recipes that require hardly any cleanup at all. Everything gets cooked in one nice little package and I have dinner ready in less than 20 minutes.
She also helped me plan out my week so I can have food right at my fingertips without having to think about it every day – my grocery bills are so much lower now that I have a plan. These cooking techniques are SO easy and simple, but SO GOOD. Just the way I like it!

I LOVE your soup “Mix and Match Formula” and I tell people about it all the time! I was so excited to find a no-muss, no-fuss approach to making soup. I use it all the time now (seriously…every week) and get really excited about the idea of trying new vegetables in it. My favorites so far are butternut squash and apple, butternut squash and sweet potato, and zucchini soup – all using your recipe formula.
I’d rather learn to cook from you than from someone on the Food Network any day!

I am so enjoying the “Go Feed Yourself” program, you have no idea!
I especially love the breakfast recipes since I always seem to forget my breakfast and then I get annoyed/crazy mid-day cause
I am freakin’ hungry. I even use the breakfast recipes for my girls now. My husband loves all the different salad recipes. So my whole family is on a “go feed yourself” diet!
The best thing is, I used to have trouble making time to eat while running (and growing) my awesome biz but I just realized that since doing your program I actually don’t have that issue anymore. I eat regular meals hooray!!!”
Pat Romain, Technical Virtual Assistant and Owner at PatRomain.com
I love this program! The recipes are delicious, quick, easy, and healthy! I love the fact that even the tools needed are listed in the recipes, something I’ve never seen before.
I love watching the videos – Heather is so funny and she makes cooking look fun and easy. I also enjoy the videos on how to make cooking quicker. I’m a vegetarian and enjoy eating vegan food as much as possible, so I’m super stoked that the majority of the recipes are vegan or have a vegan option!
Thank you for creating this program! It’s just what I needed. I’m eating healthier and I feel great! I use your “Restaurant Technique” all the time now and it has kept me focused on my weight loss goals!

I LOVE you and your program. It is the diet I prefer. Since I signed up I have made so much: the Soba Thai dish, Carrot Salad, Spinach/black beans, Guacomole (twice), White Bean dip, Brown Rice Pasta/veggie dish, Quinoa/veggie dish, Zucchini and Onion Frittata, lots of smoothies, and made nice big batches of quinoa and brown rice for the week.
I love cutting up vegetables now after learning your “cutting action” technique! Am so happy and now I even prefer to cook more at home. Thank you!”

Heather rocks! She is hip and creative in making eating healthy easy and fun…even for me. This says a lot. I have NO time to prepare or fuss over food. Heather breaks food prep down into no-brainer steps that anyone can do. She is my personal food coach. I highly recommend she be yours as well.
You will get incredible nutritional knowledge, tips that work and take the pain out of food prep, and delicious meals that make you feel great and have lots of energy (what a concept). Aligning with Heather will be the best thing you can do for your body and life practices.
